It doesn’t feel like it, but summer is coming quickly and you will need a safe, fun place for your kids when school is out! Summer camp starts on June 12 and runs 11 weeks until August 25 this year.
We will have 3 age levels, kids entering 1st and 2nd grade, 3rd and 4th and 5th grade and up. We focus on physical activity over the summer with lots of local hikes, swimming at Splash Montana and games, games and more games.
We are hoping for our 7th Parks in Focus trip, however we are waiting to see if funding is available.. Parks in Focus is an organization that works with groups like Boys & Girls Club to get kids into nature and to experience it through a camera lens. The kids get to spend a week camping in Glacier National Park, they get guided hikes, canoeing and kayaking and photography instruction. To be eligible to go on the trip kids must attend summer camp in the weeks leading up to the trip. They must take part in the weekly preparatory hikes and have a record of good behavior and following rules and instruction.
Registrations are being accepted now! Pick up a form at 1515 Fairview Avenue Suite 243 or download a copy from right here and bring it back to our Fairview location or – new and improved – use Adobe to fillout the forms and just email them to email@example.com. If you are an after school program member, your site directors can get you a copy too.
Make sure to read the parent letter carefully as we have changed our payment policies and will require a Summer Camp direct debit form (it has different choices then the after-school direct debit form) from each family before we will be able to reserve a summer camp spot for you. If you are applying for a full scholarship we do still require a direct debit form, just leave the fee line blank and we will fill it in after May 6th when scholarships are chosen. Don’t get caught unaware and have to scramble at the last minute!
Space is limited so don’t delay!
