New Registration Process

This year we are excited to announce a new, easier to use, more streamlined way to register for our After-school Program. This new platform comes with a lot of new features including a parent portal to access your receipts & tax documents, a one-time family information upload that is saved from year-to-year, as well as an introduction to our new Sliding Fee Scale. Please follow each of the tabs below for instructions on how to register.

New Parent Portal:

The new Parent Portal is how you can access registration for After-School Program and Full Days, upload documentation/permission slips, get your receipts for monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, update household/child information, update payment information, and make payments on your own schedule.

Sliding Fee Scale:

Our new Sliding Fee Scale is applied to every single family automatically and is calculated based on verifiable annual household, and household family size. Once you update each Club Member's (your kiddo's) information with the family size and household income, the new fee will automatically calculate! Make sure this is accurate for each Club Member to ensure you are seeing the correct price.

If further scholarships are needed beyond the new sliding fee scale, then you can still apply using the same format you are used to.

Additional Scholarship:

If you need further financial assistance, our traditional scholarship method is still available. Contact Jorudyn Browning, Director of Programming, to get the appropriate forms available on the parent portal to submit your verifiable income.

Contact Jourdyn Browning for any questions or assistance.

Billing Change:

The billing cycle will be changing with our new system. Starting with this summer, the amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your account on each Monday. This charge is weekly, rather than monthly like it has been during the school year.

If you wish to continue on the payment plan of every month, like the previous method, then you are welcome to sign-in to the Parent Portal and make a payment yourself, to apply a credit to your account. Using this method, you can set up any payment plan that works best for you!

Fee Change:

To ensure we can maintain quality staff, the Boys & Girls Club of Missoula County will be raising their fees slightly. This change will be utilized to reduce turnover, provide better training, and happier staff, as we look at increasing their wage to be more sustainable. This will allow us to serve our current families better, and increase the number of families we are capable of serving.

Our intention has always been to assist the families that need us most. With our new, automatically applied, sliding fee scale, the majority of our families will be paying the same or less. As mentioned above, additional scholarship on top of the sliding fee scale are available, should you need it.

Logging into the Parent Portal

1) To log into your Club’s parent portal, enter your username (email) and password and click Login. If you have been a part of BGCM in the past, you can click Forgot Password to reset the password for your account and receive a reset link via email.

If you are new to BGCM, you will need to click Need a login? button below.

2) For first time users, select the Need A Login button to gain access to the system. You may already be in there, so providing some information can help find your account.

3) You will then get a confirmation email that will allow you access to the Parent Portal.

*Note* If you have ever used SalesForce on your computer/phone you are using to register, please contact the main office before continuing. There is a known bug that requires assistance from our end.

Membership Registration

1) Once logged into the Parent Portal, click on the Membership tab

2) Select your Club Location and click Save Location

3) Select the membership type that shows up, and then select the number of days you are registering for.

You will be asked later in the registration process what day(s) of the week you want to select.

4) On the next page, select each child that you would like to register.

If you have multiple children in different sites (example: Minis & Junos) you will need to go through this process each time to ensure they are registered for the proper membership type.

Very Important Step: Before moving on to the next step, make sure to click Edit on each child and make sure their Family Size and Verifiable Annual Household Income are updated and accurate. If they are not, the sliding fee scale does not work, and you could be overcharged.

*Note for registering siblings: Each child must go through the membership process on their own. Selecting multiple children for the same membership will result in an error.

5) Once each child's Family Size and Verifiable Household Income are updated, click Select on each member and then click the Next button on the top right. This will prompt you to fill in the information missing/requiring updating from the Membership Questions. Once complete, click Finish! at the top right of the window.

6) Click Setup Payment Method on the top right and follow instructions to upload a bank account or card information.

7) You can choose to pay now, or wait for it to process automatically on Monday of each week.

You can always come back and make a payment on your own time.

Any balance left on your account on each Monday will be withdrawn automatically.
