Club Leadership

Kezia Halverson

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Kezia is a born-and-raised Montanan that fell in love with Missoula while earning a communication degree from UM. Youth development is her singular passion, the source of her motivation, and at the heart of everything she does. For over a decade, she's been supporting, establishing, and facilitating local chapters of a global program for spiritual empowerment and consciousness-awakening within Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and the Dakotas' communities. Her passion for helping young people discover and develop their potential led her to join Boys & Girls Club of Missoula County as their first Director of Youth Development. Now, she's always striving to improve the quality of the Clubhouse experience and thereby increase the positive impact on this region's youth population.

Bailey Bristol

Chief Advancement Officer

Bailey was born and raised in Portland, OR, where she found her love for the outdoors by exploring the Oregon Coast and Mt. Hood National Forest and everything in between. She has always dreamed of living in a smaller town with close-knit community ties and relocated to Missoula, MT in Fall 2020. She spent her High School years volunteering at a local elementary school and worked in Education for 4 years prior to joining Club in 2021 where she joined as the Director of Programming. She has always had a passion for guiding youth and encouraging them to find their passion and strive for them. Now she works closely with our supporters who understand the need for Boys & Girls Club within our community and helps drive our mission.

Aly Nordwall

Director of Programming

Meet Aly Nordwall, our Director of Member Programming. A licensed secondary teacher and national speech and debate association diamond coach, Aly is passionate about helping students achieve their goals in a positive learning environment. In her free time Aly loves spending time with her Husband and two kids, playing board games, and reading scifi/fantasy.

Carly Byrne

Administrative Assistant

Carly, a resident of Billings, Montana, embarked on her journey to Missoula to pursue her education at the University of Montana (go Griz!). Graduating this May with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, she is poised to commence her pursuit of a Master's degree in the same field immediately thereafter. Currently, Carly is immersed in her practicum placement at the Boys and Girls Club, where she finds immense joy in her collaborative learning experiences with both the dedicated staff and the vibrant community of children and families served by the organization.

Renée LaMie

Administrative Assistant

Renée is a poet and artist who made Missoula her home in 2015 after visiting friends and realizing there was no place she’d rather be. She received her bachelor’s degree in creative writing from New Mexico State University before moving to Minnesota to pursue an MFA degree in poetry/non-fiction. In her free time, if she is not working on her novel, she loves to read, hike, and spend a lot of time by the river with her dog. She’s enthusiastic about cultivating a positive environment for youth development and supporting her team at the Boys & Girls Club of Missoula County.
