All Club Sites CLOSED 3/23 - 3/27

The safety and protection of our Club Members is the number one priority of Boys & Girls Clubs of Missoula County. We are doing everything possible to keep our Club members, staff and volunteers protected from the COVID-19 virus. Due to recent cases in Missoula County and the state's decision to close all schools for the next two weeks, we have decided to follow the schools and close all of our Club sites beginning Monday, March 23rd through Friday, March 27th.

Please note that this week's Spring Break Club will remain open until you hear otherwise.

We recognize the challenges many of our families face when schools and Clubs are closed and we hope you know this was not an easy decision for us to make. We will continue to evaluate this uncertain situation and work to strike the difficult balance between maintaining our community's health and safety and providing our families with a safe place for their child(ren).

During next week's Club closures, all Club Staff will continue to work - cleaning Club spaces, program planning, and participating in training. All Club families should expect to receive a phone call from Club Staff next week to check in on your family's current needs. Club families are encouraged to share with our staff if they are in need of any support, as we will be working hard to support our Club families as much as possible during this time of closure.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and should there be a decision to keep Clubs closed past March 27th, our Admin Team will communicate with all Club families as soon as possible via email, Remind text, the BGCM website (bgcmissoula.org), and our social media platforms (@bgcmissoula).

All Club families are encouraged to check their email for updates regarding program fees and additional details.

In the meantime, we are advising all our Club staff, families and youth to continue to take preventative measures as recommended by the CDC. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact John at John@bgcmissoulacounty.org. We will continue to update you with any new information.

Lastly, please note that the Missoula Food Bank is serving grab-and-go meals this week to any family:

Travois Village: Lunch: 11:30am – 12:00pm Monday – Friday

Futura Mobile Homes: Lunch: 12:00pm – 12:30pm Monday – Friday

EmPower Place at MFB&CC:

Breakfast: 9:30-11am Wednesday & Friday

Lunch: 11 am – 1:30pm – Monday – Friday

Supper: 5-7pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday only
